Hi, i have a few questions about vio points

1. How many vio points do you need to get banned or suspended?
2. Do i have to have that amount of vio points at one time or do they count it even if they have expired?
3. Is their a way i can get rid of them? or ask if i can see proof i did it?
because for half of them i know i didn't do them

i have 4 at the moment, if i get 5 or something will i get banned??

I'm not an admin or mod, so I can't elaborate on anything, but this is straight from the Detailed Rules and it seems pretty self-explanatory.
If you want to talk about your violations and why you got them, just open a Support issue by going to HELP on the Horse Isle home page. (The actual home page, not in-game help.)

Violation Points
1] Violation points are points that attribute to the amount of times that you have violated a rule, and the degree of seriousness involved.
2] This is only shown to you to give you an idea of what you may have done that was against our rules. They can be seen on the Account page.
3] Violations can be given a number of ways. Some ways include via Abuse Reports (please see section on those above), Random Chat Reviews or Forum Reviews.
4] We will not dispute these violations. We may show you the chat log where the rule was broken should you need clarification so you know what not to do in the future.
5] Do not be concerned if you have 1 or 2 points against you. It has NO negative effect on your account.
6] If you acquire 10 violations or more, you may be given a temporary warning ban. Take that time to go over the rules and be sure you understand them so you do not acquire more once your ban is up.
7] If, after you have had a temporary ban, you receive more violations, you may be given a longer temporary ban, or a permanent ban from the game.
8] If you steal from another player, you will be banned. In most cases, you will lose your account permanently. Please be sure you discuss the banning through a Support Issue. Do Not make a new account because you are banned.
9] If your violations are of a serious nature (sexually explicit, severe filter avoidance, etc) your account may be permanently banned, without warning, before reaching 10 violations.
