| I don't know exactly what the requirements are. My mare (which is the only horse I have) has a 9 on Bravery, and the first time I tried, she refused (she had ~1.000 bond). About a month later (yesterday), I came back, and this time, she succeded (now with ~2.200 bond).
I'm almost sure that Skittish/Brave and Bond are the only factors, or maybe just Bond, since some horses refuse to jump the cliff, even with 9 Bravery.

| I've discovered that if the horse has exactly 1,000 bond points it doesn't work....just like when your horse hits 1,000 exp points you can't ride BB until they're at 1,001 exp.
