Deadwood Isle confusion...?

| Hey guys,
A few days ago I was wandering around on Deadwood Isle, trying to find my buddy, and all of a sudden something pops up in my chat:
Ouch! You stepped on me!
Watch where you're going next time...!
Naturally, I didn't notice this until I'd moved a couple metres away, so I went back and retraced my steps...nothing.
Then, today, I was on Deadwood Isle again, reading some of the gravestones, and then...the same chat popped up again!! Wasting no time, I used all my tools on the area, and nothing happened! 
I'm really confused, so if anyone could tell me what it actually is and how to get to it that would be great!

| I think it's just a creepy random message that pops up on graveyards and its primary purpose is to scare poor players that are looking for Shetlands or questing. Evil, evil HI2 staff.

| I wonder if it may be a reference to Dante's Divine Comedy; in Inferno, Dante accidentally steps on a dead soul's face and the soul shouts to the extent of "You stepped on me! Watch where you are walking!" I have noticed a lot of references to things in the game; Monty Python, The Hitchhiker's Guide to The Galaxy, Star Wars etc. Wouldn't surprise me if it was...
