I've been trying to finish the bonuses, and I can't seem to dig up the rubies for the Rubies Cache bonus. I did pretty much what I did for Hephaestus, and dug up almost all of Angled, as well as right next to that pine in the screenshot. Has anyone found these rubies under another tree?

Does this help? (:
Start at the bottom left corner of the Angled livery.
Go straight west until you see a mushroom stump above a brush pile.
The spot you need to dig is marked by the red X on the diagram.

I checked back with the screenshot in the bonus guide, and it looks nothing like the tree you have posted here, no wonder I couldn't find it!!!

I can't find the ruby??? I've gone to the place on the screenshot and tried all of my tools and it just won't work. Is it in a different place for everyone??

Try talking to ProfMarathon first. (: You need to use your shovel - if that specific spot doesn't work, do a little circle around the area.
If you're using the first location screenshot, maybe the second expanded one above will be more helpful.
