| Is it possible to lease a mare that is currently:
- Nursing a foal
- Pregnant
- Nursing a foal and pregnant
Also... Is it possible to trade with a non-sub if they don't offer anything in return? Like giving them a horse?

| I'm not positive about leasing a pregnant mare/mare with foal, because I'm not a sub on LC and never have been, but it's very possible to trade a non anything as long as they don't give you anything back. The only exception here is if you are trading them a sub and they are trading money back.
