Bonus For Cleaning A Stall

| Probably just doing something wrong, but I can't seem to be able to clean a stall at DryTon for the bonus.  I know from past experience that using your Rake tool isn't necessary. You have to click on the hay when it's highlighted and select Clean. Can't seem to get any stalls to work! (Frustrated) 
I have checked under my Bonus Completion, and have not done the bonus.
Any help please?

| Walk into the stall and click on the hay. It usually doesn't work if you stand outside.
