| When talking to her, I am given no choice to start her quest, nor am I able to even start a discussion with her. Do I need to complete another quest first before I start her quest?

| The only two quests that I found that included MrsWaterLine were Another Delivery for MissMerryWood (MissMerryWood's 2nd Delivery) and DoubleDareFins' Series of Unfortunate Events (50qp). Try those?

MrsWaterLine will recite a song she had memorized as a kid. Your job is to bring her everything on that list. She will want 1 item on the first day, a second item and the first item on the second, a third item as well as the first and second on the third day, so on and so on. Every day you will have to bring her all of the previous day's items until you bring her all 12 sets of items.
Reward: Varies depending on the items you were given.
That's the quest I'm talking about. It's also in my available quests list.

| Yes, you said that quest you couldn't start. The only other 2 quests that mention MrsWaterLine are the 2 I posted, have you completed those yet? If not, try finishing those 2 then talk to MrsWaterLine again. Or it could be a bug, which needs to be posted on the HI2 forums.
