| I googled the first question which started out as:
"these come in all colors and heights but they hang from the jump cups like rails..."
The answer was plank,

I referenced this site here because the language from the question was very similar to the language used on this site where I found the answer, so could be helpful for others struggling with this guys forgetfulness about jump types.
(I know the questions change but here is what my experience was in case it is helpful)

the PDF posted on the guide here has the lengths for the strides you will need to know to answer the other questions
