Okay, I have been stuck on this quest for about a month and cant seem to find a good usable small hedge.
Does anyone know what Isles I have to look on?
Ive ready look on Meadow and Big Forest Isle but nothing any good.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what isle to look on?

I'm assuming you've already talked to whoever NeighFins told you to talk to...

Ok, go and talk to him again! He'll tell you to find the hedge on e.g. a Plains isle (I think it's random for each person?). Then he'll tell you which isles it's definitely NOT on, and he'll say something like it's near the beach.

From the information he gives you, you can, e.g., start from one Plains isle (not one of the ones he said it's not) and then just ride around the whole isle on the beach, and each little hedge you come to near/on the sand, just stand next to it and use your magnifying glass!
Then when your right-chat has a message that the hedge you found is good enough, go back and give the hedge to the Fin.
NeighFins will most likely make you do 2 more quests like this, but in the end you'll get $100,000 smile
