The Fins Who Say Neigh quest help!

Alright, so I have been looking for the right hedge for awhile now. Just a minute ago, I found a hedge on Big Forest Isle, and in my chat box thing it said-

"You stare at the hedge, and it fails to stare back. You decide that it doesn't look nice enough anyway."

That's what it said like twice and then I clicked on it again and got this-

"Tapping your magnifying glass against your hand, you carefully evaluate the merits of the hedge, before deciding that it doesn't look nice enough."

So does this mean I've almost found it or it's close or something? Any help would be appreciated.

Not really. I just did the hedge part of that quest, and you just kind of have to follow the instructions of whichever fin you talked to. I just went to the isles they said it might be on, starting with the small ones, and searched every hedge near the beach. I was honestly surprised that it didn't take me very long.

I'm having issues finding the second one for this quest.  

"NotMeFins demands that you bring him, too, a small hedge.  One that is not too expensive."   I've looked and clicked on all hedges I see but nothing.  I wish I could cancel the quest as its my only open one that I can't finish.

Who Me Fins riddle: narrowed isle, bigger one but not dumbbell, smaller one but not harbor, Its a silly place, look along the beach. I've looked on chilly, palm, coconut and twin forest isles and have searched every bush. No wonder why this is advanced.

Have you tried Windy Pines? (: Or Narrowed itself? Or Bend? (I'd guess that's the right order to check them in, from most to least likely.)
