| Hi all! Just getting back into the game and just wanted to see how you prefer to sell/buy most of your horses.
I use horse stores more at the moment, but the selection for certain breeds is low these days! The range of prices from horse stores (I see much higher prices than I used to!) and at auctions (I feel like I see much lower prices now) is huge.
Anyway, just curious and wanted to see how best to market my horses once I'm built up again!

| If you have a fixed (reasonable enough) price and don't mind waiting to get it, I say horse stores, just because when people are looking to buy, from experience, they go to ranch stores and buy whatever they like instead of checking auctions day after day.
But if you're looking to sell a horse that you aren't really sure of the price for, or want more people to look at, auctions are better. The thing about auctions, though - someone who's willing to pay a lot for whatever you're selling might not be on when your horse is in.
Come poke me anywhere you can find me if you have HI/EL questions! <3

| I prefer ranch stores because you don't have to pay to use it. With auctions if your horse doesn't sell (assuming you don't want to sell to foreign.) your just out the money.
