I've been doing the NeighFins quest and gave WhoMeFins the bush he wanted but he gave me the hint "pong" and I have no idea where to go from here and no amount of research has un-earthed a solution. Has anyone heard what he means/wants or has any ideas?

I have been following that guide from the start, I am stuck on the -Talk to NeighFins again once you have required item (item is different for everyone) portion

I have no idea what item he wants

NeighFins sends you to get a rubber fish from one of the ice-fishing holes on the snow isles. (:
