I just want peoples opinion on whether or not I should upgrade my current (small) ranch to a larger one. I'll try to add as much detail as possible to help you to help me decide smile
On my ranch I currently have:
level 4 log house
2 rearing horse statues
2 empty deco spots
2 red barn
2 horse shed
1 empty slot
adventure kayak
1 chicken coop

I could sell my ranch for $731,250, so if I put some more money in, I could buy a medium ranch, but I'd have to start adding things again from scratch.

The best thing to do, in my opinion, is to keep your little ranch while you save up for a larger one. You should have enough to put back what you have plus upgrade your house to current level BEFORE you even think about selling. That way you have it all replaced and you aren't caught without enough for barns and can't ride or pick up items.
