follow the quest guide on this site. I have attached a picture of what lady gray looks like when you find her. Also the site doesn't say where to dig for the box... anyone know? I will keep trying and if I find the spot will post it

I have the directions to find Lady Gray in the Forgotten Isle Haunted House!
Go to the maps section of this site and find the haunted house. When you enter you will be in room #1. Take the door to room #2, than room #5, than room #6, than room #12. In room 12 take the north door and it will take you to a different room where Lady Gray is.

ProfHerrinngBone is at his cabin on Crystal Isle, however to get the key to his Line Isle and Crystal cabin you have to start on SirStratosphere's cloud quest. He is in the bank at Marshton.

Are you supposed to return the items to the founding families as you speak with them, or after you dig up the box and return it to Lady Grey?

Dig up the box, go back to LadyGrey, have her flip her lid, then after she freaks out, go back to all the famils to get your reward. Your paid 45k from each family, so you wont get your entitre 180k until you give all the items back. v
