| when i went to talk to the dockmaster on grass isle he never asked for a password what do i do??

| Are there a few options that you can pick from when talking to the dockmaster? You may have to talk to him in a specific way so you can enter the password. If not, make sure that you correctly talked to everyone or completed all other parts of the quest that came before this.

Have you done all of these steps (It does look like you have to go back and talk to ProfLongStorySan)? If you have and you still have had no luck, try contacting support as this problem may be tied into your account.

| The Jade Horse on Grass Isle is to the direct left of the opening of the hay maze. For future reference in case you didn't know, in settings you have a pedometer option that will allow you to count how far you've walked. Using the pedometer and compass, finding the remaining jade horses is simple as long as you follow the directions from the dockmasters carefully.

| TheMightyPie, I have completed this quest with the guide from this site. Thus, I believe the location for Prairie here is the correct one. You may be slightly off from the correct spot, so I suggest that you try digging a little ways out in all directions around the location shown in the guide.

| i have found 11 and have all the scroll things from the site and double checked. where is the 12th? (there was 1 dude that wouldn't give me the scroll but read me the directions)

I'd open your quest items and see how many you've collected. If you don't have 12, make a list and check all of the isles over again, you may have missed one while doing it. If you do have 12, contact Support, there may be a glitch in your quest, but I doubt that's the case. (:
