| I've been having problems with this quest, too -- I've been to every single isle with a B, including Bud and Blue Mountain! What constitutes the "center" of the isle, then?

| The location of the shoe changes for everyone Pose.
You need to check the center of every B isle, excluding Bud and Blue Mountain. But do be sure to check isles like Bones and Barren.

| I'm with DarkArts on this one. I've been to the "B" isles at least a half-dozen times each to dig, but I think I'm misunderstanding where the center is. We know that it's different for each player, but if you've already successfully done this quest, can you give us a hint? How did you find the center of the isle? Dead reckoning? Did you measure from tip to tip and then dig in the middle of that? Am I missing an isle?[Meadow (Birch/Brown/Big Forest); Glacier (Barren/Blizzard); Narrowton (Bend Isle); Angled (None); Plains (None); Marshy (Bog); Deadwood (Bones); Dry (None); Leaf (Bulb--Bud is not included in search); Jungle (Banana); Mountain (None included in search)]

| How I found the center of the isle was wait for another person to come on the isle, then go to Players -> Map of All Players online, and then find the isle you are on. The arrow with the other player's name on it should be pointing to the center of the isle.

| Wow, Dreamy--that was a fabulous and easy way to find the center of each isle--thanks for the tip!!! Unfortunately, even after visiting the isles in question several times (and using Dreamy's 'center-of-isle-wish-I'd-thought-of-it' method), I still can not find the second shoe. Is anyone else still having trouble with this quest? Anyone have another clue that can help those of us who are without clues?!?!?

| It was hard for me too. I my suggestion is you start with the smaller B isles first, go to the center and lay a search pattern in form of a spiral.

| I have not succeed in this part of the quest yet (lets face it, I gave up on it). I have searched every single one of those dumb isles about 10 times, using the map all trick, to no luck. I'm totally sick of the quest and think mine is bugged. xD
