| I was in the MeadowTon Library and read a book about Dolphins and Porpoises, and the book said where you could find some of them. The book was titled something like, "The Dolphins and Porpoises of HorseIsle". Are they really on HorseIsle, and has anyone seen one/any of them?

| There is a whale watching quest that you can complete, on crystal isle you use your binoculars and follow them along the coast. Thats the only situation like that I've come across. I don't remember the name of the quest, but it was on a small island and you talk to two brothers standing next to each other by a lighthouse.
