Could it be that there's a missing riddle box in the riddle box guide list?
I've done every one of them and even did it twice, (and yes, i've got an underwaterhelmet for those isles)

i have 192 of 195 completed.. I really need those other 3 point lol xD

We have every riddle box on Horse Isle, I just counted. Though, we did recently just add Rocky I believe, so I think it's your best bet.
