Esroh Legends is looking for some new additions to our own personal staff team, The Squad! We are looking for people who aren't extraordinarily busy with work or school and will be able to stay committed to the site over a long period of time. If you live a busy life, please do not apply. But what exactly is The Squad? It's basically a combination of the former helper and moderator groups; which means they help submit content to us AND moderate the site! (Most of the squad members are more oriented toward helper or moderator work and that's perfectly fine) This job is not easy and it does require some responsibility on your part. It's a lot of work and if you don't think you can handle it, we suggest that you do not apply. We need people who can stay committed to HI2 and EL over a long period of time, not just over summer, breaks or holidays. We are also looking for people who actually CONTRIBUTE, not just say "I'll do this!" and take no action.
Why should you join us?
Esroh Legends is a completely fan-run help site and it's a lot of work to run! Horse Isle 2 is always adding new updates, and without the staff we wouldn't be able to provide free and helpful information for anyone that needs assistance. There are always tons of new things that can be added to Esroh Legends, but without extra help from a committed team, we can't get much done. So that's why we need YOU! Do you also enjoy helping others and feeling satisfied of a doing a good deed? Then consider applying today! 
Joining The Squad Requirements/Guidelines
Requirements/Guidelines
+ Aged 16+ (we will rarely make exceptions)
+ Understands basics of BBCode (the type of coding in our forums)
+ Accomplished and good knowledge of HI2
+ Active on HI2/EL
+ Understands how to use grammar and communicate well with others
+ Willing to help other players and act fairly
+ Follows Esroh Legends/HI2 rules
+ Able to help out with submitting new or missing content to the site (minigames, quests, guides, etc)
+ Able to be committed to helping out and the game over a long period of time (but we understand your personal life is top priority, don't worry)
+ Basic screenshot taking and editing skills
Job(s):
+ Manage the forum (making sure players follow HI2/EL site/forum/siggy rules, moving topics to appropriate sections, participating in forums and being active)
+ Checking 'Unchecked' user groups and placing them in correct groups.
+ Helping out with the latest updates
+ Contributing to guides or site related updates
+ Always be ready to participate and submit new or missing information
How many people getting accepted?: Anyone who fits the criteria.
* More specific instructions will be revealed later when accepted.
* If you have already submitted content to the site, please state what in your form and we'll look into it.
* If you don't know how to take screenshots or take videos, don't worry, we can teach you, but it'd be superb if you already knew how.
Tips & Things You Should Know
+ Take your time on your application. There is no need to rush, you just need to get it in before the deadline.
+ Write with correct grammar and spelling!
+ BE DETAILED! You have plenty of room to write, we want you to be specific.
+ Double check your form for any mistakes. Once you submit it, that's it! No edits or changes may be done!
+ If you think you are particularly good at something and would be interested in doing it for the site, emphasize it!
+ YOU MUST BE ACTIVE ON HI2! (And the forums too, once you are in.  )
+ Try to plan out your offline schedule ahead of time... will you be busy with sports? With school? With work? With other activities? Be at least 70% sure you'll have time for HI2 and EL.
